Hyundai Advanced Materials operates an ethics reporting center to foster a transparent and ethical corporate culture. Employees and stakeholders can report any fraudulent or unethical behavior. The identity of the reporter and the details of the report will be strictly protected.

1. Protected parties

2. Protections

Hyundai Advanced Materials guarantees the following to protect reporters and related parties:

  • - Confidentiality of reporter’s identity : The identity will not be disclosed without the reporter’s consent.
  • - Prohibition of retaliation : No personnel disadvantages, retaliation, or discrimination shall occur due to reporting.
  • - Confidentiality of report details : Reports and related materials are strictly protected and accessible only to a minimum number of personnel.
  • - Prevention and response to retaliation : Any adverse action against the reporter will be immediately rectified and protective measures enforced.
